JERSEY BOYS Celebrates 1,000 Performances in New York City
The musical Jersey Boys, winner of a Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award, celebrates today, Sunday January 9, 2022, its 1000th performance on the New World Stages in New York.

Jersey Boys stars Jonathan Cable like Nick Massi, Aaron of Jesus like Frankie Valli, CJ Pawlikowski like Bob gaudio and Jean Rochette like Tommy DeVito. Manufacturing also includes Dianna marie barger, Ben Bogan, Candi boyd, Tristen buettel, Wade dooley, Alex dorf, AndrÃ© Frace, Nathalie Gallo, Jean Gardiner, Wes hart, Joey lavarco, Austin owen, Michelle rombola, Paul sabala and Treece Kit.
Jersey Boys is written by Marshall brickman & Rick Elice, with the music of Bob gaudio, words of Bob crewe, produced by two-time Tony Award winner McAnuff and choreographed by Tony Award-winner Sergio trujillo. The production includes musical supervision, vocal / dance arrangements and stage music by Ron melrose and orchestrations by Steve orich.
Jersey Boys is the story behind the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. They were just four guys from Jersey, until they sang their very first note. They had a sound no one had ever heard … and the radio just couldn’t get enough. But while their harmonies were perfect on stage, off the stage, it was a very different story – one that made them an international sensation again. The show features all of their hits including “Sherry”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry”, “Oh What A Night”, “Walk Like A Man”, “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” and “Working My Way Back To you. “
Jersey Boys opened in New York City on November 6, 2005, and when it closed on January 15, 2017, it was the 12th longest-running show in Broadway history, surpassing original Broadway productions such as 42nd Street, Grease, Fiddler on the Roof, and the producers. Blessed with accolades around the world, Jersey Boys has been viewed by over 27 million people.
