A New Jersey mansion that’s too nice to live in
I have taken you to many exceptional and extraordinary homes and mansions in New Jersey.
It certainly does not lack impressive properties.
This list caught my eye because each room is so immaculate and, well, so expensive, it’s almost too nice to live in.
12 Warewoods Road in Saddle River is situated on two acres of land. The asking price on Trulia is $13.5 million.
This house has been on the market since July 2021.
The market isn’t as hot as it used to be, but that’s not bad at all. So why won’t this mansion in New Jersey’s wealthiest ZIP code find a buyer?
Is the price the reason this masterpiece of a property won’t sell? May be.
$13.5 million is a lot, but for those looking to live opulently and just outside of New York, it’s not a crazy amount. Plus, look what you get for it.
That being said, the estimated mortgage is just over $67,000 per month. We won’t even discuss property taxes.
The seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms are breathtaking.
Even the hallways are out of this world.
Built in 2013, this mansion is described as a “French masterpiece”.
My theory is that this house is too perfect to live in. Period.
You do not believe me ? Let’s take a walk. Buckle up for the ride as there are a few definite surprises along the way. Here we are.
